1.Livestock Availability and Ordering

• All livestock and poultry listed on the website are subject to availability.

• Customers may not purchase livestock directly through the website (not possible) without confirming availability first.

• Before any payment is finalized, customers must "order to receive invoice" to re-verify stock, confirm pricing and ultimately finalize payment (discussion on pick-up will be done preceding this).

• After the receival of an invoice be sure to avail yourself on a cellular basis as we will call you to discuss pickup location and arrangements .

• We reserve the right to decline an order if stock is unavailable or conditions cannot be met.

2.) Pricing and Payment

• Prices shown on the website may change on occasion, hence, be sure to request invoice.

• Payments must only be made after receiving official invoice and confirmation from Afri Langa Collaborative.

  3.) Pick-up only (NO DELIVERY OF LIVESTOCK)

• Pickup arrangements are discussed directly with the customer directly after invoice is sent.

• Customers must inspect their livestock upon handover.

4.) Animal Welfare and Condition

• Afri Langa Collaborative ensures ethical and responsible handling of all livestock.

• Livestock is sold as-is, but we aim to describe each animal honestly and accurately.

• Once the animal is picked up, responsibility transfers to the buyer.

5.) Refund and Cancellation policy

• Once payment has been finalized; no refunds will be permitted

• Cancellations must be made before final confirmation and payment.

• We are not responsible for cancellations due to personal preference changes or failure to collect the animal.

6.) Use of Website

• You agree not to use this website for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

• All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, belongs to Afri Langa Collaborative and may not be copied without permission.

7.) Privacy Policy

• Personal information provided to us will only be used for communication and order coordination.

• We do not sell or share personal information with any third parties; we are bound and/or compliant to the POPI Act.
